Hannya Mask So far I haven’t been able to find a tattoo artist who will take me on as an apprentice, but I’m practicing my drawing skills as much as I can. Recently I read an interview where it was mentioned that a lot of tattoo apprenticeships start off by choosing some tattoos from a magazine and redrawing them without tracing. I thought I would give it a try, so I looked at this tattoo by L’aiguille Tattouage and tried to do justice to the amazing work done on a full back, in my 21cm sketchbook.
